Hi girls! Its the yours clothing in house stylist here. This week we have been looking at essential items you HAVE to have in your wardrobe this spring. An item that you know you can wear over and over again without it looking old, AND the ways to wear this garment. We decided to take ourselves and our model outside of our usual little photography area, switch the lighting and do something a little different. These brand new denim crops are perfect this season. They’re lightweight which have a great cooling factor for the spring weather. They have a sort of harem look to the shape and you even have the choice to roll the legs up or down- meaning they can look different each time you wear them. They are extremely casual so they are great for chilling at the weekend (I personally always go for a comfortable option at the weekend). Wear them with a varsity tee for a bit of a laid back college kid style, a pair of canvas trainers and chuck on a boyfriend cardie to complete the look. Tip: The canvas shoe is essential with this style! They are also comfortable which adds to they’re value- trust me you’ll wear them over and over again!!

Maxi dresses are always a spring summer essential and this year is no exception. They are a great wardrobe staple for this time of year, but it is just finding new ways of wearing them to keep yours looking fresh. Style yours up with a denim jacket for a fresh festival look and roll up those sleeves! Add a bright bag if you’re feeling bold enough to stand out and finish this look off with some chunky statement jewellery and a pair of casual sandals. You’ll be feeling festival ready and heading off to the main stage before you know it.

A skirt is a must have this season, maxi skirts are easy to wear for all occasions and the printed skirt is key. There are tonnes of shapes out there at the moment ranging from maxis, midis all the way to skater skirts. Whichever shape or print you choose let yours speak for itself, especially if it’s a print like the one below and add a plain top for simplicity.
