Needed to find an outfit for a wedding and I'm not fond of shopping. I've always liked the Yours stores and this one was no exception. The staff could not have been more helpful, offering me their advice, bringing me different styles and colours to find me a perfectly coordinated outfit. The end result was an extremely happy customer with no frantic, half dressed, running in and out of the changing room to find another selection. Cannot praise them highly enough. 5 Star Service.

I'd like to thank the staff in your Harlow store for the excellent service they gave me on my recent visit. It is so nice to go into a shop and see happy staff who are so keen to assist the customers! I'd especially like to thank Nic and Sue who both made me feel that I was the most important person in the world while I was in the shop. These two ladies have helped fill my wardrobe with bright colours and new styles that I may never have considered even trying on! I'm so pleased with everything I bought home that day...it won't be long before I'm back for more!

Finding out that Yours delivered to BFPO was fantastic,i visit the store in Stowemarket when i visit my Aunt. Being posted out to Cyprus the clothes are very expensive and not a lot of choice. My order took just over a week to arrive,i will put the word around,brilliant value and loads of choice,will be using this service regular.Thank You.

i absolutely love going into the yours store in leicester, it is just nice to go into a plus sized clothing store and feel comfortable,i am hooked i always have a wonder around in there when i am out shopping, there should be more stores in leicester !!

I visited the Kings lynn branch the other week with my mother in law who is a larger lady. She was very impressed with the selection of clothes in her size. We was both impressed with the level of customer service which was of high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Now we have found out about the Yours stores we will be visiting them more often.

much better clothes than simply be & evans and half the price which always put a smile on my husband face ! your staff are always helpful & friendly in all the shops i shopped in (harlow, gt yarmouth & clacton) i also order on line and have never had any probs with dev's, the only down side is the refund policy, i live a 20 min walk from my town centre and could take my refunds back they but i have to post them back :-(, maybe this is something that can be looked into and poss changed ?

Have just returned to France and delighted to have found your shop in Beaumont Leys, Leicester. The assistants were so helpful and friendly. Whilst on holiday in Norfolk in April, I visited Yours for the first time. I was hooked!! Since then I have been to stores in Great Yarmouth, Skegness, and other stores in surrounding areas. Firstly I would like to say how friendly and helpful all the staff are. Then theres the fantastic range of clothing at such a great price.In fact the only critiscm I have is there are no stores in the North East, which is a shame. However a lovely assistant in Great Yarmouth gave me the website address so I can shop on line. Thank you for bringing such great clothes to the nation!!!

I must say that I am truly impressed with Yours Clothing, as a plus size 19 yr old its often hard to find places that understand that plus size can be fashionable too! I’ve had alot of trouble with Simplybe and think your site is just brilliant! i shall be making more purchases in future!

Hello, just wanted to say, that i visited your Southend-on-Sea branch yesterday, and just want to comment, on how friendly and very helpful the staff was. Very refreshing. I will definately be returning, even though i live in Surrey. Also, you do some brilliant clothes at really great prices, and its good to know i don’t have to always go to Evans or New Look, and pay their expensive prices. Keep up the good work!

I emailed you recently about an order to be delivered to my daughters address in order that she might bring it out here to Spain. I duly placed an order on your website. I phoned the number you gave me (cant access 0800 numbers from here)on the Friday and spoke to a really helpful lady but unfortunately did not catch her name. She went of to check the status of the order as it was only a couple of days until my daughter left for here. She rang me straight back, said that you were waiting for one item and suggested that I phone back on the Monday and speak to a lady called Claire to check that the order was dispatched. This I did and again I was called straight back to be told that the order would be sent that day. The next day it was delivered and has now arrived here via my daughter. I will always complain if I receive a bad service but I also think it is important to praise good service. The two ladies that I spoke to were efficient, friendly and really helpful, they are a credit to your company. This is the second order I have placed and I will not hesitate to use your company again. Keep up the good work.
