Yours clothing is one of the best plus sized clothing stores I have come across, the clothing is well designed, fashionable you will see no Nanna clothes or tented tops here! And almost best of all the prices are amazing before I found yoursclothing I was paying $70+ a top and over $100 for jeans, now I can get about 4 items for that price and my wardrobe has greatly grown and because of the seasons differences between the Uk and Aus most my seasons clothinng is on sale. The international shipping prices are amazing only about $5 difference from local shipping, which is amazing as most internationally shipping esp. US shipping is about $70 !! As I live near Hull I often visit the city centre to do my big shopping, unfortunately I never knew your store in Hull existed until recently. I needed a nice colourful dress for a wedding I'm attending and stumbled across this website after a Google search. I was so taken aback by how cheap they were compared to other plus-size stores, that I had to buy 2 as I wasn't sure on which colour would look best! I visited your Hull Branch today. Ordinarily I detest clothes shopping however I have been fortunate enough to discover your team in Hull. It was so much more than customer service and more like a consultation. All of the team were helpful however Lynn was a superstar. She did a bra measure for me then proceeded to find me a bra that actually fit instead of the one I was wearing. Then she went in search of clothes she felt would be suitable for me (I didn't need to leave the changing room, she re-appeared with arms full of clothes I would never have seleced). Bra firmly in place but still unconvinced I tried on a top. The transformatin was incredible! I looked like I was 10 years younger and as if I'd have an amazing boob job!!! The whole experience was an absolute pleasure - I'm a size 30 and yet I felt like a model once she'd dressed me in much better shaped outfits. I would like to see your stores being opened in the North East as there are plenty of ladies I know of who would love your stores for their larger sizes instead of most shops thinking that ladies over size 16 or 18 should not wear fashionable clothes. In fact, it was the slightly larger models in the window of the store that actually made me stop and look.

On a recent holiday to Norfolk I discovered your branch in Great Yarmouth. I purchased a really lovely top, when wearing this top I have had some lovely comments. I will have to use the website for future orders and get hubby to take the two and a half hour journey to our nearest store in Hull. Needed to find an outfit for a wedding and I'm not fond of shopping. I've always liked the Yours stores and this one was no exception. The staff could not have been more helpful, offering me their advice, bringing me different styles and colours to find me a perfectly coordinated outfit. The end result was an extremely happy customer with no frantic, half dressed, running in and out of the changing room to find another selection. Cannot praise them highly enough. 5 Star Service.

I visited the Kings lynn branch the other week with my mother in law who is a larger lady. She was very impressed with the selection of clothes in her size. We was both impressed with the level of customer service which was of high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Now we have found out about the Yours stores we will be visiting them more often.

much better clothes than simply be & evans and half the price which always put a smile on my husband face ! your staff are always helpful & friendly in all the shops i shopped in (harlow, gt yarmouth & clacton) i also order on line and have never had any probs with dev's, the only down side is the refund policy, i live a 20 min walk from my town centre and could take my refunds back they but i have to post them back :-(, maybe this is something that can be looked into and poss changed ?

I emailed you recently about an order to be delivered to my daughters address in order that she might bring it out here to Spain. I duly placed an order on your website. I phoned the number you gave me (cant access 0800 numbers from here)on the Friday and spoke to a really helpful lady but unfortunately did not catch her name. She went of to check the status of the order as it was only a couple of days until my daughter left for here. She rang me straight back, said that you were waiting for one item and suggested that I phone back on the Monday and speak to a lady called Claire to check that the order was dispatched. This I did and again I was called straight back to be told that the order would be sent that day. The next day it was delivered and has now arrived here via my daughter. I will always complain if I receive a bad service but I also think it is important to praise good service. The two ladies that I spoke to were efficient, friendly and really helpful, they are a credit to your company. This is the second order I have placed and I will not hesitate to use your company again. Keep up the good work.
