Where do I put in voucher codes?

On the shopping basket page under the 'Got a Voucher' title place the voucher code in the text box. Click the sumbit button next to it to apply the voucher code to the basket.

How do I place an order?

Choose the product(s) you would like to order by selecting the correct size and clicking 'Add to Bag'
When you have finished adding items to your bag, proceed to the checkout.
Returning Customers: Log into your account using your email address and password.
New Customers: Register yourself by entering your email address and a password of your choice.
Simply follow the instructions to complete your secure online payment.

What is your exchange rate for overseas orders?

We will charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order but we can only do this by telephone. Please call us as soon as possible after you have placed your order otherwise it may be too late. Our order helpline number is 08448 204204.

We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item, please call us on customer service number 08448 204204 quoting your order reference number so that we can arrange an exchange.

Can I track my order?

For UK orders we use DPD courier service or the Royal Mail. Overseas orders will be sent Royal Mail and passed on to the national postal service in the relevant country, unfortunately we do not provide tracking for Overseas orders.
If you are in the UK, you are able to track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the 'track order' link next to the appropriate order. This will redirect you to the DPD or Royal Mail web page containing your order's status.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery within the UK is normally within 3-5 working days.
Delivery to Europe is normally within 5-7 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world is normally within 5-10 working days.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

A.
If you are in when we deliver, our driver will ask you to sign for your delivery.
If you are not in, if they can, our couriers will leave your parcel in a secure location at your property or with a neighbour. The driver will leave you a card to let you know where your parcel is.
If they have not been able to make your delivery our couriers will leave a card to let you know they called and will advise how to arrange a re-delivery.

Can I return an item I bought online to one of your stores?

If you live in the Mainland UK you are able to exchange your goods for alternative items at one of our stores nationwide. Simply take the item(s) to your local store within 21 days of placing your order. Please take with you your invoice and a proof of ID.
