It appears you have cookies disabled on your internet browser.
Like most web stores we use cookies to remember what you have in your shopping basket and who you are when you log in.
Unless you have cookies enabled you will only be able to browse our products and will not be able to add to your basket or purchase.

The site says 'We have no record of your email address'. How do I order?

There are three possibilities:
1) You have typed in your email incorrectly. Please check it carefully and try again.
2) You have ordered with us before but used a different email address. Please try using the other email addresses you have used in the past.
3) You have not ordered with us before. Please click the 'Not a member...' button to proceed with your order. Or click here.

When I try to pay I get an error message saying 'COUNTRYNOTFOUND'? How can I pay?

If you have selected 'Other Country' as your delivery or billing address you need to specify the exact country you are referring to. This is a requirement the banks make.
Please ensure you are selecting from the 'Select Other Country' dropdown list on the Payment page (See image below).
Please do it before you click the ‘Confirm Payment’ button.
If your country is not on the list then unfortunately we cannot take your order online. Please ring us on +0044 8448 204204 and we can take your order over the phone. Alternatively click here to contact us, let us know the country and we will add it to our list.
