In this technological age there are so many temptations to keep us inside and looking at a screen. IPads, smart phones, HD and 3D TV’s can easily become an obsession and before you know it you spend all your time sitting down.
Not this year however. I am determined to be a lot more active, and Yours Clothing with their leisurewear range will have me looking good. Some of you might prefer the more traditional and controlled approach to being active and will be visiting your local gym.
