Last week, we were extremely lucky to have the lovely Tess Munster over from California working with us on some exciting campaigns. Tess is an American plus size model, blogger, body positive activist and founder of the body positive movement #effyourbeautystandards.
Tess arrived in England on the Friday and spent some time sightseeing around London (specifically Harry Potter world..!) and then travelled up to Peterborough, where our head office is based.
On the Monday morning we whisked Tess to our studio where throughout the day we shot different campaigns with Tess, including Christmas and New Year’s Eve…keep an eye out on our website, social media and emails to see the images.
For each theme we shot, Tess’s hair and make-up changed to best match each outfit, she went from natural to super glam all in one day! We also shot our different themes on backgrounds which complimented each theme we were shooting.
Throughout the day we provided Tess with some typical English foods to try such as Hobnobs, Cadburys sweeties, Jammy Dodgers and her new favourite…Chips and Gravy!
Tess was also amused to learn about Christmas crackers (they don’t have them in USA) and had great fun pulling crackers with the team and wearing the paper hats!
We loved working with Tess, not only is she super glamorous but she is a fun person to be around and we can’t wait to show you all the imagery from the photoshoot as they look incredible.
