What a great weekend I’ve had. The sun was shining, I got to spend it with my baby and catching up on plus size fashion week (that means fun). So therefore I wanted a comfortable outfit that is practical and stylish and this jumper and jeggings combo are just perfect.
I absolutely adore jeggings; I’ve always been a leggings person as the thought of jeans scares me because of the roughness and the fact they dig in, erm no thanks.
So a while back I treated myself to these Indigo denim jeggings with elasticated waist and I am in love. They look just like jeans and I never have them off as they are so soft and wash amazingly. They have hardly lost their colour, are so comfortable and the best bit is that for the price at £23 you can afford to have 2 pairs.
So for us girls who want to combine style, comfort and value for money, these are a godsend.
The jumper I have teamed them with is the Purple Mix Multi Space Dye Chunky Jumper. I would never have normally chosen this, as I’m a bit of a plain Jane when it comes to colour in the wardrobe, but my mum said to me you should try this and I’m so glad I did. I Love it! It is so soft, the length is perfect and it washed fantastically. I was having a look through designer online websites and came across a jumper that looked very similar for £660, leaving this jumper very on trend and on a budget at only £24.
I’m loving the Dark Tan Crossover Peep Toe Pump In EEE Fit they really do fit true to size. They felt a bit stiff to start with but they have plenty of room and will be great for the summer and holidays to show off your beautifully polished toes. I love mixing tan with black so have a play around with your accessories and they will be ready for any occasion. Now I know they fit I will definitely be ordering the black pair as they are bargain for £20.
I’m also loving the Black Edge to Edge Yarn Knitted Cardigan With Shoulder Detail £22; it fits really nicely and gives a great shape to the silhouette. It will look fab as a cover up in the Summer and I like the knitted detail as it makes it look much more expensive. Depending on the fit you want, I would choose a size up as it gives you a much looser fit for that more casual look.
Another huge trend at the moment is black and white; it is every where all over the catwalks. It is very sophisticated and glam and you can make black and white work anywhere for any occasion. This is why I love the Black And Ivory Brush Stroke Oversized Top £23, it could really be dressed up and also be a fantastic cover up for the beach. The fabric is like silk, and I would have liked it a bit longer but I have very long legs so it would be perfect for the shorter lady.
I am just in love with the Grey Knitted Jumper With Black Eyelash Heart Design £24, it’s black and grey; perfect. It’s so comfortable and the black heart looks fab. It’s so soft, so on trend, great fit and would look nice with a skirt and boots.
