Returns Policy

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

We aim to process a return within 24 hours of receipt and once it has been processed we will send confirmation. Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your refund or exchange.

How do I return a parcel?

If you wish to return a parcel:

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT.
    Your Acount
  2. Find the relevant order and click RETURN ITEMS.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your returns number.
  4. Once completed return your item/s to the address stated.
  5. You MUST include your returns number with the parcel in order for the refund to be processed.
  6. You will be refunded for the value of the items returned or in the UK only you can choose to receive credit to shop with us again. This credit will be added to your account only when the item is received and reprocessed.

*All items marked with an * cannot be returned due to Hygiene reason.

Ways of returning your items in mainland UK:

Using Collect+
If you have not purchased a Pre-paid return when you purchased your items then you can still use Collect+ to return items to us for just £3.99 at your local Collect+ neighbourhood store. Collect+ have over 4000 stores in the UK. Click here for more details on how this works

Pre-Paid Returns
If you purchased a Pre-paid return when you ordered your items, you have 21 days from receipt to return your items using the enclosed Collect+ label which expires after 21 days. Click here for more details

Post Office Returns
Use your local Post office to return items back to us at your cost but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Yours Clothing cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

International or non UK mainland Returns
To return your parcel to us, you can either use your local postal service requesting the standard delivery service, but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation where possible – this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Yours Clothing.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post, therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

How much will it cost to return an item(s)?

We do not offer a free returns service so all returns should be sent via Collect+ (UK only) or the Post Office. The Post Office price is dependant upon the weight of the items. Please note, in the UK we do not charge delivery for any exchange items being sent out to you.

Why do I have to pay to return an item?

This is because if Yours Clothing.co.uk were to offer a free returns service we would have to increase our prices to absorb the costs. We believe in giving you the lowest possible prices. If however, your item arrives faulty or is wrong we will of course refund any return costs to you.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 21 days to return an item from date of receipt to us direct or to a Yours store in the UK.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive an item that is faulty then send it back to us and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge or in the UK an exchange if you requested one. Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated. Go to My Account as above to obtain a returns number.

What happens if I received the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock. Go to My Account as above to obtain a returns number.

All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product.

What happens if an item is missing from my parcel?

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Team at email:customerservices@yoursclothing.co.uk or call 08448 204204. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.

UK Exchanges

We offer an exchange service only in the UK but if you decide to exchange your item we will only do this once your returned item is received and reprocessed which may mean your replacement items may have gone out of stock. We recommend you consider reordering your item rather than an exchange so you can avoid this.

All exchange items have to be reprocessed and we reserve the right to charge a £2 administration charge to exchange an item.

International Exchanges

We do accept returns from International customers but are unable to accept exchanges. Return costs are payable by the customer subject to local returns legislation.
