Using Collect+
If you have not purchased a Pre-paid return when you purchased your items then you can still use Collect+ to return items to us for just £3.99 at your local Collect+ neighbourhood store. Collect+ have over 4000 stores in the UK. Click here for more details on how this works
Pre-Paid Returns
If you purchased a Pre-paid return when you ordered your items, you have 21 days from receipt to return your items using the enclosed Collect+ label which expires after 21 days. Click here for more details
Post Office Returns
Use your local Post office to return items back to us at your cost but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Yours Clothing cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Return to a Yours Clothing Store
If you live near a Yours Clothing store you may return your items to the store, the store can process an exchange or refund in vouchers. Ensure you return the item in the original packaging with the reason for the return completed. Please bring your Delivery Note with you as proof of purchase.
International or non UK mainland Returns
To return your parcel to us, you can use your local postal service requesting the standard delivery service, but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation where possible – this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Yours Clothing.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post, therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

We do not offer a free returns service so all returns should be sent via Collect+ (UK only) or the Post Office or taken to a store. The Post Office price is dependent upon the weight of the items.
This is because if Yours Clothing.co.uk were to offer a free returns service we would have to increase our prices to absorb the costs. We believe in giving you the lowest possible prices. If however, your item arrives faulty or is wrong we will of course refund any return costs to you.
You have 21 days to return an item from date of receipt to us direct or to a Yours store in the UK.
If you receive an item that is faulty then send it back to us and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.
If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock.
All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Team at email:customerservices@yoursclothing.co.uk or call 08448 204204. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.
We no longer offer an exchange service as it has taken too long to send items back and for us to then resend the correct item as items are selling all the time and items can go out of stock very quickly. This has led to customer disappointment so we have reviewed this and we recommend you consider reordering your item if you have selected the wrong size/fit when first ordering or selecting more than one size on your first order.
We do accept returns from International customers but are unable to accept exchanges. Return costs are payable by the customer subject to local returns legislation.
