To our extended Yours family. This past week has been tough for us all and looks to stay that way for a little while. Our deepest thoughts go out to those who have been affected. We are monitoring the situation closely, following the government guidance and doing the best we can to keep our colleagues and customers safe.
We will continue to share our Yours story and try to spread positivity, empowerment and break up your news-feed in our corner of the internet.
In times like this we wanted to remind you that we’re all in this together, remember to look out for each other and most of all to be kind.
We thought we would let you know what we are doing to help keep us running business as usual and deliver to you.
UK parcel collection and delivery operations
We have introduced ‘contactless drop off’ with all our third parties delivery services.
UK – DPD – All parcels will be signed for on behalf of the customer once the parcel has been accepted by the customer.
UK – Hermes – business as usual with no restrictions in place.
UK – Royal Mail – for signed products such as Tracked 24 & 48. The postie will knock at the door, put the parcel on the floor and step back to a safe distance. Once the customer accepts the parcel, the postie will sign on behalf of the customer.
UK – ASDA – signature is no longer required. The customer will be asked to show ID and CCTV cameras will capture the collection of the parcel should there be any queries.
We have extended our usual return time and you now have up to 42 days to return online. If you need to return instore, there is no rush, you can do this when stores reopen.
Shop Now, Pay Later, No Interest, No Fees
There are two options to pay with Klarna, Pay Later or Pay in three. Full details for Klarna can be found here.
Nothing is more important to us than the safety of everyone, and we are doing all we can to protect and support our colleagues and customers in this ever-changing and uncertain time. With that in mind we have made the decision to temporarily close all Yours Clothing & BadRhino stores at 4pm, Saturday 21st March 2020 until further notice.
