Swansea
In Swansea, our Yours Clothing team pride themselves on building lasting relationships with our customers. One very unique relationship that they have built in store is with a regular customer that the whole team are on first name terms with.
On a weekly basis when a delivery arrives and the team merchandise a new in product that they are confident the lady will like, they put this to one side in her exact sizes. As all of the staff know this customers personal style so well, she is guaranteed new styles awaiting for her on each and every visit to store.

Store manager Beki commented, “We spend the time to build rapport with regular and one off visitors alike and we take pride in identifying what type of shopper they are, what styles and shapes will best suit them. The best part of my job is when customers pop back in to let us know how many compliments they got!”
Lincoln
Our Yours Clothing team in Lincoln proudly transformed a very nervous and insecure lady in to a glow of confident curves. Julie and Kay offered exceptional one to one service to a customer going on her first beach holiday in many years. The lady knew she needed swimwear however was dreading even trying any on, as many plus size ladies do.
“It is our job to help provide confidence, we chose a few swimwear pieces for the lady and after many compliments and a few giggles we decided on a 50’s style swimsuit” says Kay, Store Manager.
A few weeks later this customer returned to the store with holiday photos and stories of how much she loved her time in Italy. This lady is now a very regular customer in our Lincoln store due to the special service that she received from our team that day.
