Its wedding season once again and this means shopping!
Now I love a good wedding but I hate wedding outfit shopping unless your the bride (then of course you know what to wear) it can be a mind field, especially with the every changing British weather add to the mix that I’m plus sized and I might as well give up now.
I need something trendy, slimming and preferably not black…
How about a tea dress?
Trendy – check, slimming – check, preferably not black – check, I think I’m on to a winner here.
The vintage cut of these dresses are perfect for sucking me up and giving me the much wanted hour glass shape (teamed with some magic underwear and I’ll be unstoppable) the higher neckline is perfect for covering unwanted cleavage and the calf length shows off the best part of my leg.
With little capped sleeves you dont feel completely exposed and you can easily team with a little cardigan if the weather turns chilly.
After searching my favourite site for hours as I had too much to choose from I opted for the Cream And Red Paisley Print Flared Midi Tea Dress.
Teamed with Stone Open Knit Shrug With Scalloped Hem and Beige Ballerina Pump With Bow Detail my outfit is complete and as a little treat to myself for doing so well with my outfit shopping I got this lovely Nude Snake Zip Clutch.
So I hope now outfit shopping has been made a little easier.
