International Return Policy

We hope you liked your order but if it’s not quite right please return using the simple instructions below

Using our return portal link below. You can return your parcel using your local Parcel point or Postal service, options will be available through the returns portal.

If you wish to return a parcel please ensure the items are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted, and follow this process:

  1. Repackage the item in the original packaging
  2. log on our return’s portal https://yoursclothing.intelligentreturns.net/ and follow the steps
  3. You will need your Order Number/ID as stated on the delivery note (starts with a letter) and Postcode (your delivery postcode)
  4. Once you have followed the above process, you will receive a unique return label. Please attach this label to the outside of your parcel and hand over your parcel to the selected return option.
  5. Once completed, you will receive a tracking reference. Please use this tracking information to check the progress of your parcel journey.

Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion.

FAQs

Your parcel should take around 7-10 working days to reach us. Please use the tracking information provided when returning your parcel to check the progress of your parcels journey. We will process your return on the same day we receive your item/s, once it has been processed we will send you confirmation. Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for your bank to process your refund.

Return your items to one of our 160+ stores for an exchange, gift voucher or a refund to the original method of payment.

If the order was paid for using PayPal, Klarna or Amazon payments then only an exchange of gift voucher can be provided in store.

Ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging with the completed returns form. Please bring your delivery note with you as proof of purchase.

Return your order to your local Hermes Parcel Shop in over 4,500 UK locations.

Attach your FREE Hermes returns label from your invoice on to your parcel.

Take it to your local Parcel Shop, open 7 days a week, early until late. Your return will be processed in approximately 7 working days.

Take your parcel to your local Post Office. Your return on receipt will be processed within 7 working days.

ASDA STORE

Attach your FREE ASDA returns label from your invoice on to your parcel.

Take your parcel to your nearest ASDA location and drop off it off at the toyou returns point.

Track your parcel at toyou.co.uk using the tracking number that is on your label.

HERMES HOME COURIER COLLECTION SERVICE

Return your order using myhermes courier collection quick and easy service. The local courier will collect your parcel from your door or nominated safe place.

The cost to book a home collection is £3.99.

Log in HERE to book your home collection. Once booked you will receive a label via email, please attach it to your parcel ready for collection.

POST OFFICE

Take your parcel to your local Post Office and request the service that you require. We recommend that you take out extra compensation or tracking for goods that exceed £46.

Please note that this is not a free service, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

We will process your return on the same day we receive your item/s, once it has been processed we will send you confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process your refund.

Returns are FREE & easy! Items in their original condition can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Repack the item with all tags attached.
  2. Complete the Returns code section next to the item you are returning on your invoice/returns form that you received with your order and pop it inside your parcel.
  3. Choose one of our return carriers (Hermes Courier Collection or Parcel Shop, Asda Toyou, Royal Mail, or a Yours store) further information can be found on your Returns form. Attach the relevant sticky label to your parcel and post it off! Remember to get proof of postage and keep this safe.

If you live near a Yours Clothing store you may return the items to a store for an exchange, gift vouchers or a refund to the original method of payment. How to return your order via the toyou service at over 600 ASDA stores:

  1. Write your name and order number on the label that is included within your parcel or print a label in store
  2. Attach the label to your parcel
  3. Take your parcel to your nearest ASDA location
  4. Drop off parcel at the signposted toyou returns point or hand to an ASDA colleague
  5. Track your parcel at www.toyou.co.uk using the tracking number that is on your label

Return your order to your local post office. Attach your FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 label from within your parcel. Take your parcel to your local Post Office. Your return on receipt will be processed within 7 days. (Insurance cover to the value of £100 is included by Royal Mail).

If you wish to return your parcel not using our Free Return label, you can still use your local Post office to return items back to us at your cost but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Yours Clothing cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

You have 28 days to return an item from date of receipt back to us.

If you receive an item that is faulty then send it back to us within 30 days and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.

If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock.

All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product.

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Form. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges online. Instead, please return your item(s) by following these easy steps below, and then reorder for a replacement.
