CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We hope you loved your purchases or Gift, however if you do need to make a return you have until the 13th of January 2026 – This applies to purchases made between the 19th of October 2025 to the 21st of December 2025 (Any purchases made on or after the 22nd of December will fall into our 28 days return period.) For any purchases made in store, we’ll issue refunds onto a Gift Card, or the team can help you exchange your item for something else you love.

How do I make a return?

An email will then be sent to you with the returns label or QR code
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
3-5 working days from when the return arrives at our warehouse.
How long do I have to return an item?
28 days for store & online orders.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
Please return the item back to us via our returns portal HERE
Our quality control and returns team will action the refund accordingly.
What happens if I'm missing an item from my parcel?
If an item is missing, please contact our customer services team HERE
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges for online transactions are only available in store. We do not currently offer exchanges online.
What products are excluded from the returns and refunds policy?
For hygiene purposes, pierced jewellery and Whip&Woo skincare are excluded from our returns policy.
What if I have selected the wrong return method on the return’s portal?
Contact our customer service team via live chat or the contact form and they will be happy to cancel this return for you. You will then need to go back into the returns portal and select your new returns method.
Will my delivery charge be refunded when I return my items?
