Store Manager
You must have a minimum of two-years previous experience in a management role. Additionally, you will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be passionate about the fashion industry and be able to recognize customer requirements.You will be responsible for running a retail outlet, leading and motivating a team to meet company sales targets. Assistant Manager
You must have a minimum of one-year’s previous experience in a management or supervisory role. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be passionate about the fashion industry and be able to recognise customer requirements. Duties will include supporting the store manager in running a retail outlet, helping lead and motivate the team. Supervisor
You must have at least two-years previous retail experience. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be passionate about the fashion industry and be able to recognise customer requirements. Sales Advisor (part time)
You must be flexible and have excellent customer service and communication skills. Ideally, you will be passionate about the fashion industry and be able to recognise customer requirements. Duties include serving customers, handling cash (including using the till), stock replenishing and merchandising. Will include weekend working.

YOURS is the largest independent plus size retailer in the UK. We are rapidly expanding our fashion company which has its own Internet Shopping Website alongside 40 stores nationwide. These positions are due to our successful growth within our niche market, so if you’re looking for a fast-paced, challenging career, and have a passion for fashion, then the future is YOURS!
We require you to:
- Answer customer enquiries via phone or email
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Source information for our customers
- Input customer enquiries onto our database
- Liaise with internal and external parties
You must be:
- Excellent in customer service
- Excellent in communication both verbal and written
- Dedicated and committed at all times to our customers and the company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Enthusiastic with a drive to improve standards
- Flexible to cover within other areas of the Internet Department
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to commit in working shifts and weekends on a rota basis if and when required
