Store Manager
You must have a minimum of two-years previous experience in a management role. Additionally, you will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be passionate about the fashion industry and be able to recognize customer requirements.You will be responsible for running a retail outlet, leading and motivating a team to meet company sales targets. Assistant Manager

Supervisor
You must have at least two-years previous retail experience. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be passionate about the fashion industry and be able to recognise customer requirements. Sales Advisor (part time)
You must be flexible and have excellent customer service and communication skills. Ideally, you will be passionate about the fashion industry and be able to recognise customer requirements. Duties include serving customers, handling cash (including using the till), stock replenishing and merchandising. Will include weekend working.

To achieve this we wish to recruit buyers with relevant experience to take responsibility for planning and sourcing ranges within agreed budgets for sales, stocks and margin.

- You will be experienced in all aspects of buying, work within a team, to deliver and exceed expectation. You will have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and develop and source ranges, working closely with merchandisers and support staff to grow profitably your area of responsibility.

Assistant Merchandiser – Head Office – Peterborough

The Opportunity:
- As the company grows and expands so too do the challenges and opportunities presented in the merchandising area of the business. Working alongside the Merchandiser you will deal with budgeting, planning, monitoring and reacting to all aspects of the merchandising functions in this fast moving environment.
The Person:
- You will have excellent analytical skills, be commercially aware within the retail merchandising environment. You will also have good interpersonal skills with which you will influence and help direct buyers and suppliers alike, and assist in planning, managing and controlling sales, inventory and margin.
