In recent years the plus size fashion industry has boomed. We are now seeing more diversity in fashion with many brands introducing ‘curve’ ranges, as well as more plus size models being featured in campaigns and editorials.
Why the boom? Well one huge factor is down to the plus size models themselves and how they have used their super sexy Instagram accounts as platforms to inspire change and empower people with more curvy figures. Many models in the industry, such as Tess Holliday and Ashley Graham, have spoken out, challenging beauty standards to put forward the idea that fashion should be about expression, not size.
And we couldn’t agree more…
Our girls are extremely proud of their naturally curvy, sexy and relevant bodies. They are not only fashion models but role models too, spreading positive vibes and encouraging more women to embrace their figures and love their curves.
